Mijn Klacht:
Dear PayPal team,
Again I am wasting time I could be using to work to try to unblock my account.
Let me just say I am extremely DISSATISFIED with your POOR customer service (which was only made via phone, after I had to add multiple PayPal NL employees and ask for them to help me) as well as LACK of customer service.
If you don’t unblock my account IMMEDIATELY I will denounce PayPal Nederland at the European Commission for SEVERAL EU Law INFRINGEMENTS made by PayPal to me as a consumer.
My account got blocked according to an employee of yours because I have accessed my account via multiple VPNs.
Well, maybe if your ‘’customer service’’ actually worked I wouldn’t have had to buy a Dutch VPN, now would I?
Also, accessing my PayPal account via this VPN service has been working seamlessly for the past few weeks UP UNTIL I MADE DISPUTES.
So now I am not in my consumer right to make disputes? Because I didn’t have access to my account for over 2/3 months, and the same thing happened, PayPal BLOCKED my account right after I made a DISPUTE.
By EU Law I have up to 2 years of guarantee in any goods or services.
The laws PayPal Nederland has infringed when consistently blocking my account as well as by NOT PROVIDING ANY ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF COMMUNICATION.
Either you unblock my account right now or I will report PayPal to EU Commission.
