ordered at 21.05.2022 on koln zoowebsite tickets. on 24.05.2022 pay pall deduct from my account. Zoo keulen or ticketcounter didnt receive any payments. My transaction and payment of 68eur is stil on holdinbehandeling at Paypal. The tickecounter says the receive error from Pay pall..No payment. However money has been deducted from my account. I cannot submit claim because the website (paypal)keeps giving errors and I have to log in over and over. This is happening for 5 days now.
