I have been offered a promotional offer for a treatment during my only appointment i had with Emotion Beauty (that also took more than 2 months to take place). The lady was very eager to sell her super offer sending me whatsapp texts that if I don’t pay now the offer will expire. The method of payment for the offer was Tikkie! After i paid, which was the month of February, i had to literally chase her with calls and texts that she would never reply until i told her i want my money back (only then she reacted). I managed to get an appointment only in April after repeated trials! On the day of the appointment she was terribly late, and didn’t do the treatment invoking weather conditions that might affect the result. After leaving disappointing the chase started again and she said she can only do the treatment after the summer in September! It is unacceptable that i paid for a service in February and i can only get my appointment in September!!! i asked for a replacement of the treatment but the lady said it is not possible, neither a refund. I have never had such a bad experience in my life, its is very obvious that this salon is very unprofessional and the lady is ripping people off! I do not wish to go through this again but i am claiming my money back!
