Mijn Klacht:
I bought a CD on Discogs, from Spain. I paid the item and shipment. Sender has sent the package, and PostNL received the package on 8th March. Since then package is lost.
PostNL call center opened an investigation case on it, upon my request.
Then they closed it, and no information. They say that they have sent an email, which I never received. Their idea is only the sender from Spain can open an investigation.
Since package is received to Holland, and then got lost, I don’t see why the sender should help at all?
