Geachte heer/mevrouw,

Bijgesloten de mail van Novaltec. Ik woon niet op dit adres en postcode klopt ook niet. Het lijkt, dat ze een nieuw contract hebben opgesteld. Ik heb nergens toestemming voor gegeven.
Graag verneem ik de volgende actie.
Ze gebruiken mijn email adres om zo aan mijn bankgegevens te komen.
Ik ken de website niet die zij aangeven en het bedrijf niet.
Ik zou dan graag hun bevestiging willen zien, waarin ik toestemming geef om geld te incasseren.
