Een klant heeft eerder een probleem gehad met Novalnet AG, waarbij onterecht geld van zijn rekening werd afgeschreven. Na terugbetaling door Novalnet heeft de klant nu te maken met incassobureau eCollect, dat geld probeert te vorderen voor een vermeende schuld aan Novalnet, terwijl de klant stelt dat hij geen geld verschuldigd is.

Mijn Klacht:

Hi, a while ago I contacted you about Novalnet taking money out of my account. Your help was very good and Novalnet gave back the money they wrongly took
Now they have put dept. collector ecollect to get money from me. I told ecollect I do not owe money to Novalnet but just gePayment request from Novalnet AG (http://www.delightsexy.com) | Your ID 705DD5G9

I informed you in the answer to your last mail I have no subscriptions with novalnet or delightsexy. Novalnet admitted they were wrong and reimbursed the money they wrongly took from me after the complaints company talked to them. As I also informed you I am now forwarding your mail to the complaints and investigative company. I will also be considering asking for compensation if this matter does not come to an end soon. Again I say this Novalnet admitted they were in the wrong and I have no subscriptions with them or any of their associates !t demands an threats

Gewenste Oplossing:

When Novalnet and Ecollect stop this harassment and get there act together. Novalnet admitted the last time they were in the wrong, I think this is just a scam.
You were very helpful the last I hope you can help this time
Please do not gave them my address, I do not want any post from them
