Een klant heeft een klacht ingediend tegen Novalnet AG over een e-mail waarin dreigementen worden geuit met betrekking tot een openstaande betaling. De klant voelt zich onder druk gezet om een bedrag van EUR 120,54 te betalen, met de waarschuwing dat juridische stappen zullen volgen als de betaling niet voor de gestelde deadline wordt voldaan. De klacht is inmiddels opgelost.

Mijn Klacht:

I would like to share my story where I got contacted by :

Dear Andrei Macovei,

Even after our last payment reminder, you have not responded to our claims or contacted us to make a statement on the case. Therefore, we consider pre-legal debt collection measures to no longer be appropriate in this matter. We are giving you one last chance to settle your debt by transferring the full amount of EUR 120,54 due until 25.06.2021:

eCollect AG – IBN: DE31600501010405362013 – BIC/SWIFT: SOLADEST600 Payment reference: 73K9PG60

If the above-mentioned payment deadline expires, legal proceedings shall be initiated.

You stop requesting money for no reason at all. I will block its emails spamming my email address, This is a big scam online and I do not accept to pay anything not even one cent.

Unfortunately I will not pay anything because I did not purchase any thing within Novalnet AG platform or its service or I don't care why you request me money I will not pay to any service that I do not own. I have never created any account that I am aware of with your name on it as platform so no orders from me. I do not need to contact anyone just here and just letting you know that I do not accept this fraud, this payment out of nowhere. I do not respect this, I do not appreciate this. Such a shame, shame on your side.

If I still get scam messages from your side or eCollect AG I will file a lawsuit, I will share my true story trying to be scammed online for services that I did not pay for.
