Mijn Klacht:
Hoi ik krijg ook al een tijdje mails met betaalverzoeken van ecollect over diensten waar ik geen gebruik van maak. Had een poos terug een abo afgesloten op een datingsite maar dit bleek een scamsite te zijn. Dus heb ik die telefonisch opgezegd. Er heeft wel een betaling plaats gevonden. Dat geld ben ik dan kwijt. Ik mocht nog gebruik maken van de service zolang als de 1e maand maar heb dit al niet eens gedaan. En nu dus die betaalverzoeken van een website die ik niet eens ken.
