Mijn Klacht:
I ordered from Net York Pizza today and they provide me a time frame of 30-45 minutes to deliver. Normally it’s 30 mins but I understand due to circumstances it was more. However I was waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes and called New York Pizza. The person who picked up was extremely rude and unprofessional, told me he doesn’t care if it’s late as it’s normal if it’s raining. Today 25th Sep at 7:35, it hasn’t been raining and there is no traffic on the road. I asked him to find out how long it would take since I am pregnant and have been waiting for a long time already. He responded rudely stating that he is stressed and I should cancel my order and get food from another place. He mentioned I would be lucky if I can get food anywhere else in time. I found this extremely insulting also after I was asking him in a respectful way whether I have to wait a few minutes or another 30 mins. I asked him to find out how far the delivery person was but he said he won’t do that. I am really shocked and this is not the first time I experience poor service. I would like to have New York Pizza management take action on this and not send time estimates to customers or atleast have the courtesy to inform them if it’s a long delay and talk respectfully.
Gewenste Oplossing:
When this complaint will be addressed and as a customer I am compensated for this as I could have ordered else where if I had known. Also given the fact that I am almost 6 months pregnant and the behavior was totally unacceptable.
