Mijn Klacht:

Since December 2019 I no longer live in The Netherlands. Today I’ve got a letter that was sent on the 18th of January asking me for a huge quantity of money that I`ve never recieved as my Dutch bank account was already closed. And I was no longer living there when you tried to send me that allowance. Your organism already knew I left the country as I notified that both to the system and to the municipality. I’ve already solved the issue by phone call. But, of course, I did not know this platform existed and at your webpage they only way to contact is by phone. This phone call has been expensive for me. The most unfair thing is that this phone call was made in order to solve a problem which was not my fault.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would like, at least, to recieve 2,61 euro back. This quantity is what I had to pay for the phone call. And an apology. And for future necesity of contacting you, I hope is not necessary, I want a direct email adress, not just a telephone number. I do not want to go through this anymore. It causes me stress and extra money which I shouldn't be paying, as it is not my fault. And even if it was I do not get why should I pay extra cost for solving any issue, with the goberment or any other company.
