It feels like you’re being bullied, the manager is ignored, they yell obscenities at you, they don’t pay on time. They’re probably messing with the taxes, as it’s common for sick leave and vacation pay to be missed on the due week, and then paid later with salary, ultimately taking half in taxes. There are constant delays and confusion with these vacation and sick pay payments, you constantly have to fight for them, there are some ridiculously high taxes and unclear deductions in the pay slip. A terrible agency.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want my money, timely payments, and normal treatment.
