Dear Madam, Sir,
In March 2020 we got the message that our flights with Emirates from Brussels via Dubai to Mombasa Kenya were cancelled due to Covid.
Since then we contacted your services numerous times to be refunded or get a voucher.
We also paid twice the amount of 30 EUR in July 2020 to keep the booking open.
Your services ed this payment on July 10, 2020.
In July 2021 we again contacted you to be refunded, since at that time it was still impossible to travel to Kenya.
In reply, we received from you a for us not understandable mail in German from which we understood that you could not find our reservation and you were going to try to investigate.
Since then, all we heard was silence ….
In annex to this mail you can find all details and mail traffic regarding the above.
We would like very much to hear from you how we can finally get refunded or get an appropriate voucher to be used for an unlimited time. (since we have no plans to go to Kenya or elsewhere in the coming months)
We would also appreciate that emails from you will be either in Dutch or English, so we can properly understand what’s going on.
