Mijn Klacht:
Lately we have been facing damages in our apartment due to a water leakage. As far as we are aware (this is what the plumber told us) it originates from a leakage at the apartment right next to us. In short, a plumber (company Delta) has visited the apartment next to us few weeks ago but has never warned us about any possible water leakage on our side. Two weeks ago we started noticing that something goes wrong when the walls started turning greenblack due to the wet floor and the humidity. Thus, we called MVGM’s support line and a new plumber came this time (company Haarlem Loodsgieters). He checked all our pipes and according to him there is no direct problem on our side. He has also informed us that more apartments, at the floors below, had issues due to the same water leakage.
The result of this is the following:
-20m2 of our laminate floor isolation has been removed and needs to be thrown away and soon more will get wet.
One closet that was located at our warehouse storage room has been thrown away
The walls surrounding the entrance the warehouse storage of our apartment have turned greenblack in many spots
Our apartment is stinking smells horrible because of the humidity. Due to this we have been keeping the windows open 247 meaning we have to live in our apartment with very low temperature
The smell and humidity has caused us allergy issues, such as sneezing and itchy eyes which is bad for our health
Due to the current circumstances in our apartment, we have been forced to:
Remove our laminate floor isolation in order to let the concrete underneath it to dry (plumber’s advice)
Move all our furniture, storage cabinets and personal belongings to our living room in order to let the storage’s walls and floor dry
Live in an apartment which is unhealthy to live at
Continue living under these circumstances not only till the leakage is fixed, but for many more weeks since we will need to wait for the floor the walls to dry completely
We have already made more than 10 calls to MVGM’s helpine but still no proper action plan is communicated to us and the problem of course not yet solved, since they did not send a technician to fix it.
Gewenste Oplossing:
When I get compensate for all the damaged furniture and the expenses I have done already due to the damages. Needless to say that I need my floor and walls to be fixed of course
