Mijn Klacht:
I hired Microfix to fix my MacBook. They picked up my computer via UPS, and apparently UPS lost my device. This was almost 2 months ago. They’ve been postponing a solution to this situation for weeks, and never solved anything. I don’t know what else to do anymore, I need my device and they are not sending me any compensation for this damage.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want a compensation that allows me to buy a new MacBook and more, considering the nonmaterial damage it caused me.
