Mijn Klacht:
I bought a laptop from the online store(mediamarkt), I was supposed to receive it the next day, after more than a week they canceled the order without informing me / I knew when I called them and they said they would return the amount, and whenever I called to ask when they would return it they say you have to be patient.. Until now, they did not specify whether I should be patient, a day, a year, or a hundred years, this happened since January 5, and the customer service staff did not have a clear answer….!!
Gewenste Oplossing:
The solution is simple, respect customers, and not lie to them...
