Mijn Klacht:

Firstly, I purchased my Huawei tablet in 2016. Ever since then, I have had to bring it back over the same issue. Even after changing it for another one, changing the battery recently, the same problem keeps on occurring.

I have purchased many products from Media Markt, and have never had a 10th of the issues I have had with this particular product. I have never truly enjoyed it. I unfortunately travel without it because of frequent issues like this. I will be away again from tomorrow for 3 weeks, and I will be missing my tablet yet again.

Now I’m being asked to pay for another repair, same repair you carried out under a yr ago – which of course I appreciate regardless of the inconvenience of having to go to the repair department multiple times for the same issue.

The fact is that, regardless of who bears the cost of the repairs, it will happen again in a few months from now. We clearly need a permanent resolution to this concurrent issue.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would kindly appreciate a permanent solution to this cycle, a solution that would either offer me another 3 years guarantee without all these hassle, or swap my Huawei tablet with another product that is more efficient. I am really disappointed and tired of dealing with the same issue over and over again. Kind regards, thank you!
