Mijn Klacht:
We bought a Philips TV on 04-11-2019 from Mediamarkt. Its screen suddenly got black. Repairmen came to our house to fix it on 11-08-2020, and they changed the screen. For about two months our tv has similar problem again. There are a few vertical black lines on the screen. At first, there was only one vertical line, but now we see more. It is getting broken again. Then another repairmen came to repair it .But they said. We can not repair it if you want we can give yo a new one.I said no .I wanted my money back.I have so many message from mediamarkt.but We did not solve issue.They said they will get my noney back but I have been waiting more than one month.I don not have any tv at home.My childeren always ask it.
I am tired of writing to message to mediamarkt.I have been waiting almıost two months. Just help me.I want to sue them.
Gewenste Oplossing:
ı am not satistied that they sell broken goods.
