Mijn Klacht:
After not receiving my order as it was scheduled, Mediamarkt is doing nothing to solve my problem!
I placed an order for a washing machine on the 5th of October and scheduled delivery on Saturday, 7th of October. However, on Saturday I received an email saying that my order couldn’t be shipped on that day because they had some technical issues I requested a new time, and they said it would come on Monday, the 8th of October.
Of course, nothing arrived on Monday and they just sent me an automatic message saying that my package was not going to be delivered. After calling customer service, they told me there was a sorting problem meaning that my package was in the wrong depot.
I was understanding and politely asked them to propose a new time and date for the delivery. For every day, since Monday, I’ve been calling and asking them for a new date and time and all they are telling me is that they can’t do anything right now!
The next thing they did was on Wednesday they said they would make a new order and I would receive an email but so far I have not received anything plus when I called to ask where the email is they said that they don’t know about the new order…
I am incredibly confused and shocked by how badly they are doing their job and so upset because they are taking advantage of their customers.. Especially because they don’t let me cancel the order nor give me back my money, only once the machine has been delivered, which is still unknown..
What they are doing is not fair, is not professional and I really want to make sure they meet with justice!
Gewenste Oplossing:
My money back ASAP plus an official apology and comepnsation for my nerves!!!
