On black fry day I bought a printer from Media Markt Den Bosch then I found it no connecting wifi , I brought it on Saturday the next day to Media Markt asked me to go to Smart Bar that told me I fix it go home and if not connected return it back , no connected then I brought it back the second time , I turned to customer service then I mistreated with manager was telling me I won’t return it back , he using sarcasm tone saing you can use it as
a decoration home if isn’t work . he makes me angry I called the police the he spoke by my phone to the police as police resulting police couldn’t
come to such as this situation .
I enter into the shop for buying another printer I found the security I asked him to give me a contact to head chair of media markt , he used sarcastic tone making fun of me saying call then 112 to give you the information this is the second insult , I called customer service of media markt while I was into the shop , security still watching and following me to find some thing or reason to kick me out , while I was watching for phones and also speaking with customer service on phone as asked me to give her the order number , one of stuff asked if she could help me . I gave her the receipt and I asked her to tell her by my phone to customer service the order number , the security came and asking her why she helping me , I took my phone from her then security asked me to leave the shop when I asked why he answered falsely I irritated the staff I said that not true he kept salient cause he knows that what he said is not true , he asked other stuff to push me out the shop , so I was insulted and kicked out the shop saying me you are exhibited for entering media markt a year , they blot against me , persecuted me , and acted discriminated against me , making fun of me even the customer service said me after talking her half an hour said I can’t help you at all just she intended to wast me time , they angry with me because I called the police and of course the recial discrimination .

Gewenste Oplossing:

i want my right as i was insulted , the formalities and procedures should be done as insulted and discriminated
