Mijn Klacht:
I’ve ordered a iphone 13 online . It was available buying online and collect from shop. Money taken from my bank account and they sent me mail about my order was canceled due to lack of stock . I went to shop ( Amsterdam Noord ) first they said we don’t have in our stock , then Manager of the Mediamarkt Amsterdam Noord went to back and however he found one iphone 13 (he said this is the last one ). And he said to me I can give you this but you need to pay again (twice) . your canceled order will return you in around 5 days . But I’ll leave from the country in 3 days and this mean my money will be returned when I’ll be left already.
MEDIAMARKT is just a dissapointment . Waste of time and money

Gewenste Oplossing:
They could give me the phone which already available in the shop . Or my money have to be returned in the same day. Because this is Mediamarkt's fault. They need to fix their website as a one of biggest technology company .
