Mijn Klacht:

3 weeks ago I ordered a washign machine, it arrived and once I open it, it was broken. I talk with them, it took a week for them to take the machine back.

I immediately order a new machine, I cold not even wait for the money back. Guess what ? this machine does not work at all. I spend an hour, a lot of effort and once I want to start, it just does not!

I dont know if they even check the products before sending,

I called them again, I told them That I want this also go back and a new machine. They come later, they pick up the old machine, but guess what ? They did bring a drying machine instead of washing machine !!! They did not even deliver it. I paid total 3 times machine price but still living without a machine. I dont even know when will they send it ??? What a customer service…

Gewenste Oplossing:

Nothing, all they say is we are sorry, we will take care of it. Like you did last 3 times ???

How will I know it will not be wrong at 4th time as well ??? How will I know, you will send broken machine, wrong machine etc. I dont even left a single clothes left clean, I spent a lot of money to make them clean outside. But all they say is we are sorry. Guess what I am sorry too, can you please give me my machine that I have paid 3 times more even ?
