Klacht: Manufacture refusing to solve a claim within 2 years warranty

Mijn Klacht:

I bought an LG TV via Pixmania.nl on 22/12/2014. This product for no reason stopped working after 20 months. When I contacted LG the sent somebody to repair it and it turns out the spare parts they needed is no longer available on the market. Suddenly, LG decided to send me to the retailer (Pixmania.nl) who never replied to my messages online since 25/10/2016. When I contacted LG about my situation, they simply said that Pixmania bought the TV from LG FRANCE and not LG Benelux, result the retailer should contact LG France or come up with a solution (Information sent clearly via email also). As a consumer LG is not denying that I am still under warranty but clearly refuse to assist me as they are not responsible for product bought outside the Benelux although I bought the product in the NL and within the EU.

Please help me to get a fair assistance

Gewenste Oplossing:

If the product is no longer repairable as describe the manufacture, my primary request is that the manufacture takes responsibilities and offer an alternative solution (according to the consumer right within the 2 years European warranty) or contact the retailer for a suitable solution as according to me this is not an illegal retailer that sales their product.
