Mijn Klacht:
On 3th May 2014, on flight LH 1445 (from Moskou to Frankfurt) at seat 28D I left, unfortunately, 2 books and an A4 , transparant map.
I went after this flight to the Lufthansa desk at Frankfurt at gate A20 at about 16.00h (for next flight LH 996) and was told by a dutch speaking member of Lufthansa that I should fill in a form at lost & found at Amsterdam/schiphol (at luggage department). Furthermore he said the goods would be sent then to my home address.
I was very disappointed at Schiphol, because all personel (of lost & found schiphol, of Lufthansa, of schiphol airport information, of logistic provider Lufthansa) indicated that I should have done actions at Frankfurt airport. No one could do anything anymore; so also nobody of Lufthansa made an action to a solution (e.g. telephone or registration or whatsoever).
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would be satisfight if the, maybe by mistake, given information would be corrected by some action by Lufthansa. I am fully aware that it's my own fould I left some properties in the plane.
However bringing people and cargo all over the world, its a little bit strange that in this case is stated "there is no connection between Frankfurt airport and schiphol airport ".
In the meantime I have taken action to lost & found department of Frankfurt myself and I hope Lufthansa can correct this unfortunate information and accelerate the proces of getting my properties back.
Thank you in advance.
