Dear Sir/ Madam,
Since 06/06/2023 we have initiated a return request over the product: ThinkPad T14 Gen 3 21AHCTO1WW/ Serienummer: PF4GTWYL, via the website where the purchase was made (see attachment). I received an email informing that within 6 working days I would receive an e-mail from the carrier: TNT, to move forward with the return process. This never happened.
Incomprehensibly, after several failed phone calls and emails exchanges, we still haven’t been able to return the laptop.
Gewenste Oplossing:
