Mijn Klacht:
First they deliver ordered closets 3 weeks later than discussed. When they delivered, two boxes where missing, so we could not assemble one of the closets. It took a long time before hearing anything from customer service to deliver the two missing boxes.. SO long that I decided to return the one closet. And I am now still waiting to get my money back after 2 weeks? Poor customer service, telling me they can’t say when the money is going to be returned to me. Not trustworthy anymore. Horrible experience. Will never buy from Leen Bakker again.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Money back ASAP and credit note for the closet door that was delivered with damages. They have the pictures as I sent this via Facebook Messenger to them.
