Mijn Klacht:
I ordered some chaird in December 2020. I was informed my order would arrive in February but it didn’t. I sent them an email to ask what was wrong: they just replied with a new date ( one month after!). I waited… the date of the delivery arrives, but I did not get any notification that there was a problem, or a delay. Nothing. I tried to contact their customer service several times: no one replied to me anymore. I am still waiting for my order.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I just want transparent communication! I understand we live in difficult times, but you HAVE TO COMMUNICATE!!!!! I will never shop here again.
