Mijn Klacht:

Mixed feelings about Leen Bakker: Good quality and nice style, yes. Customer service and credibility, no. I made an one-thousand-euro order on furniture for my office and I encounter whatever possible problem could be there: the initial order of the chairs came and two of the chairs came with the pillows only, without the legs. I found out later that the assistant hasn’t even put the legs in the order, and I had to go and take them myself. The order of the table (very necessary compartment of my office!) was put later than the rest of the order and it was set for 30 Oct. Although I needed the table, I thought I can manage with waiting a little bit. Unfortunately, customer service called me on 26 Oct, to tell me that they cannot bring it on the 30th, as planned, and the only available day is 17 November!!! And I wonder: what is the point of scheduling the delivery since LB brings the furniture whenever they want? It is important for a company to be reliable, clients can trust it more; clients do not order furniture for fun, we need them, and we count on you when you tell us “30 Oct is the day we will bring your furniture and we can commit to it”. I am really disappointed, because I had a good impression of LB, as I had ordered furniture from you before. Such a pity..

Gewenste Oplossing:

Refund or my table delivered as soon as possible.
