Mijn Klacht:
They did not inform us in advance about the accessibility of crawl space even I talked many times with the sales department.
They wanted us to take many pictures of the different part of the house and garden and we sent them but I dont know why they did not ask us the picture of crawl space if this is the most important part.
And before their visit (10hours before) they sent an automated mail saying that they will visit us and the crawl space should be accessible.
Until that time, I dont have any idea what is the crawl space.
Then they visited us saying that there is water in the crawl space and left without doing nothing and charged us extra 240 euros for nothing.
Then I contacted the company asking why they did not want a picture of crawl space before they make the visit OR why they dont do a short visit before the installation. I could not get a clear answer and now we are threatened by paying this amount otherwise they will inform incasso.
By the way, we have already paid everything with respect to installation and the charging station. But I think they dont have good intentions that is why they sent us the extra visit invoice at the latest, after we take out the water and got the chargin station installed to our house.
