Een klant van La Souris Scooters heeft een negatieve ervaring gedeeld over de aankoop van een e-bike, die meer tijd in de winkel heeft doorgebracht dan bij hen thuis. Hoewel de aankoopervaring aanvankelijk positief was, verslechterde de situatie door gebrek aan communicatie over vertragingen en problemen met het product na de aankoop.

Mijn Klacht:

I have never written a negative review before but I feel that this time it’s important to inform any customers thinking of purchasing from this company. Stay away at all cost.

Ebike was purchased 6 months ago and has spent more time at the store than in our possession.

The purchasing experience was pleasant as it should be but then it quickly started to degrade once they got our money. First the e-bike was not delivered when it was supposed to but worst, there was no communication from the company/store about it. I can understand the delay was not their responsibility but they at least need to return phone calls/emails to inform their customers. Note that this is not the reason for my negative review.

Once we got the e-bike this is when the situation started to really deteriorate. On delivery of the e-bike, we noticed that lots of screws/bolts were either missing or not properly tightened, not to mention cables not being connected. It took 3 trips back to the store to get that resolved. Once again, this is something that can happen and that we can accept.

Brakes on the bike just failed after 1 month of having the e-bike. This is when the experience with the store and its manager took another turn. We brought the bike in to get the brakes repaired (should not fail after 1 month!). After 6 weeks of back and forth and no communication from the store or manager who was absolutely useless, rude and more importantly did not seem to care at all, one mechanic decided to take the situation in his own hands and get the bike fixed. Bike was finally fixed or so they said!

First turn after getting the bike, the brakes failed again which resulted in an accident clearly caused by the brakes failing. We brought the bike back and it has been at the store since then (2 months). No excuses, no remorse, no apologies whatsoever from the manager or the store after the accident. Since then, there has been no communication from the store or its rude and incompetent manager. it’s been lies over lies, rudeness and a clear indication that they actually do not care about their customers once they get their money. We contacted the corporate office who obviously doesn’t care much more than their terrible store.

Stay away from this company and from their Amsterdam store unless you want to get robbed and treated the way we have been.

Gewenste Oplossing:

getting the ebike back fixed and never have to deal with this company ever again
