Do not recommend buying from La Souris.
I bought a brand new scooter from La Souris. I had the scooter for a month when the scooter started giving me issues. If I start the scooter and push it forward then it dies and when I try to drive it, it only goes up to 10km/h even though it’s supposed to be 25km/h. I had to push the scooter to the Eindhoven branch as they wanted me to pay for the callout to come and fix it. After about two days they told me it was fixed and I can come and collect it. I immediately noticed that as soon as I start the scooter, it will die immediately. The repair technician told me that I should give it gas, even though this was not the case before and the scooter was able to start and idle on its own. Then on my way home the scooter again cut out and I was limited to 10km/h. I was about halfway home, then I had to push the scooter back to the Eindhoven branch. I have not heard from them since and the scooter is still with them. I tried calling but they are apparently too busy to assist customers and are under pressure according to the answering machine.
The last response I received from them was when I asked for a refund or a better model because of the faulty one I received, they simply told me that it’s not possible to upgrade or refund me and that I should make an appointment for the scooter to be repaired, even though the scooter was already standing at their workshop.
I am not happy with the way they have treated me and the lack of communication from their side.
I would not recommend that anyone purchase from them as they do not care about you after you bought their product.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to either receive a refun or a different model as the one I was sold is not working correctly and I do not trust it anymore. I do not want the same product back.
