Mijn Klacht:
4 weeks a go I ordered 4 houten jaloezie, last Friday I received it from Kwantum, On Saturday, I started to fix them and I started with 2 of them in the kitchen and the other 2 in the living room. I was surprised that last one was not working (un-rotatable) and the 3 finishing bars are not matching the requested dimension. Immediately I took it back to Kwantum (megastore Den Haag), the lady there told there was a a production mistake and she will place a new order to me. She asked me to take the defected item with me or leave it there, however, when her team leader came, she told me that I have to bring back all items including the fixed ones in the kitchen and living room. I was shocked to hear that from her as I spent a lot of time and money to fix them. The way she was talking to me was unpolite and I dont think that Kwantum management will accept that.
Gewenste Oplossing:
To replace the defected item and the wrong dimension covers and to compensate me with the time and money I lost from this process
