Mijn Klacht:
After been a recurring client of KPN for more than 10 years, I find myself needing to cancel my contract since I am moving out of the country.
Even though it is possible to just walk in a shop to start a contract, it is not possible to do the same if you want to stop it, even if there are 3 employees joking around with no one to service.
For this you need to call the client service number, which I have done 4 times and on each occasion waited on the phone for 40 minutes with not talking with a single client service employee.
Very disappointing and ridiculous waste of men power.
Gewenste Oplossing:
It should be possible to cancel a contract at any store.
Also it should be available via the app or internet site.
Finally a better phone client service connection should be available
