I attempted to change from KPN to T-mobile on December 28 2021. T-mobile couldn’t connect internet to my home for 2 weeks due to their dependency to KPN infra action (which never happened). Therefore I decided to cancel my T-mobile subscription and transfer service (overstappen) to keep working KPN line. But my fiber signal is disconnected since 10 January.
KPN informed with automatic email that they received cancellation for overstappen service from T-mobile so they are happy that I can stay at KPN and I can use my internet. But I am calling every day for a fix with existing 2 escalation request but no luck with my internet. No transparency on what is going on.
When I called customer service today, he told me even-though T-mobile send us cancellation for overstappen they Hi-jacked the fiber line anyway today. Therefore they cannot provide the service. What does it even mean? In order to solve the issue I need to wait another week without internet. It is so frustrating especially when your work depend on internet. This is so unprofessional behaviour for too much money they charge. I am looking for a solution but not getting any.
My advice is reconsider when you want to switch alternative provider especially infra is under KPN responsibility. It will not matter where do you want to switch. They will force you to stay.
