In 3 months of contract, I already lost counting of the reset proceedings and weeks without service! Waiting for more than a month from a call of the BackOffice department…
But most recently, last friday 4-11-22 and once again the service kapot… Technician has here Tuesday 8-11-22, we changed the receptor at the wall and we had service again, but he detected that the problem was in the street and not at my house.
So, today 10-11-22 another 2 techinicians from KPN came to my house and they check the fiber and they saw that has light. They said that they would check in the street, and I would be without service for like 10minutes…
So they left for check the connection at street and until now, and already 2hours passed I still have no service at all!
Worst that 3 hours ago!!!
I call to costumer Support, first a nice Callcenter supporter tried do something but after 15min of waiting and 10min of call, the phonecall shout down!
I continued again in line, waited again the 15 min and the Callcenter supporter lady said that I already have a note, I have to wait for a phonecall from back Office and that she could do nothing because the responsable office is closed now (19h30) but said sorry… I explained that I am already waiting for that phonecall for a month and I don’t believe that phone call it will be made.
I don’t feel that this is a company that cares about their costumers…
I want to end contract.
