Mijn Klacht:

I lost my flight from AMS to SVG. For this reason, I bought a new ticket at the KLM desk at the Amsterdam Airport, from AMS to OSL and a return ticket from OSL to AMS. I was told that I could ask for a refund of my return ticket up to 24 hours prior to the flight. I was also told by the same lady that I would get close to 100 euros. For that reason, I booked the flight given.

It turns out that I needed to cancel my flight and I asked for a voucher through KLM site. I got a voucher with 9,22 euros, far less than it was told that I would receive. I had then to complaint about it, and I tried to talk with them through Whatsapp Costurmer Service. There, I am told that there is nothing they can do because the ticket was bought with a Travel agent and not with KLM. This is not correct, and despiste me trying to write over and over again, my words are not respected. I want to be listened, to be read and I want a proper answer from them, not an automatic one. Gewenste Oplossing:

I would like to get the money that I was told that I would get, either as a voucher or a refund. I would also enjoy to get a proper reply from them and not a copy paste message.
