Almost 8 months we are waiting for our 1076 euro! From beginnen of October this year, I make every 2 days a phone call, and they tell me that i will receive a mail with a answer. Till today i did not hear anything from KLM. They cancelled a flight! And this is there answer: Dear client, please cancel your new flight in de KLM app, i can directly put you on the correct flight, without any costs for your original booking NLMQF3. We were travelling with 4 personens from ZRH-AMS on the 26th february.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Direct payment.
