Hi kiwa klacht,
I have applied chauffeurskaart 06012020 which I have received. but still i have not get my pin code.
I called kiwa twice to ask about my pin code till now i have not received anything. I call again today and one of the staff told me i was not sent yet.
The problem I have now is I rent a car for taxi thinking I will start my job soon But all my plan has been disrupted.
Can someone please hear my complain and take necessary action so i can get my pin code as soon as possible. Thank you.

Gewenste Oplossing:
I will be satisfied if my complaint is heard and kiwa sent my pin code today so to receive by tomorrow.
