Mijn Klacht:
I had purchased the kitchen from Kuken concurrent, and everything was wrong from the word go. They had to do the measurement and still provided with a wrong dimension for the kitchen items. The personal had come to visit prior to installation and had requested a change which was done before the installation person visited, however the installation person mentioned its not according to plan and let without doing the installation. I also did not get back the complete refund of the money paid for the installation. The customer care was soo inconsiderate that they didnt want to do the installation before 24th of April, which meant i was without a kitchen for a month. i got it installed from outside and now have to return items, and there has been no response on that. i also had to pay extra for customizing the kitchen which should have been done my kitchen concurrent since it was all part of the complete payment.
after repeated emails and call. still no response.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want complete refund of the cost insured to me.
