Dear Aftersales department ,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience of the kitchen I bought last year 31-10-2023.
First and foremost I must say the following items are not functioning properly after a few months of using the kitchen.
1. The Kitchen worktop Lamps are not functioning
2. Sink plug strainer is broken.
3. Kitchen extractor hood is not working properly. ( extreem loud noise )
On 15 december 2023, I reported this to the manager at the showroom in Almere-buiten. In his turn directed me to your aftersales Department, of which he said your dept has to solve this problem because he is just a salesman.
After communicating several times with your sales dept, there was an abrupt stop, no follow up. I called again and to my surprise I was ask to contact the salesmanager at the showroom Almere-Buiten. The manager in his turn asked me to your sales department again.
This back and forth communication is doing me no good since I cannot be wasting my time calling only to hear stories.
I would be very pleased if you can solve this immediately .

Gewenste Oplossing:
Geen oplossing ik was van kastje naar muur gestuurd. Ze zeg dat keuken is showroom model dus is maar 1 jaar garantie.
