Mijn Klacht:
We paid for an English subscription to Kamernet. After 3 weeks we cancelled this subscription through the Dutch contact form of the website, as no English translation was available – even though the original registration and payment was conveniently done in English.
After our cancellation Kamernet sent a couple of Dutch emails, which me and my partner disregarded as we don’t speak Dutch. However, last week we suddenly received a payment reminder from a company called Graydon.
After contacting Kamernet I was falsely told that all emails were sent in English (which was not the case!) and that they (sure…) never received our request to cancel our account. Kamernet now keeps claiming additional money – which is outrageous.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Kamernet to apologize and revoke these false claims
