Mijn Klacht:

Juristu has taken numerous actions without my will, lied to me and misinformed me during the process.

Juristu’s irresponsible service of 2,5 years cost me my job and my health.

Some of my complains are:

Forcing me on the phone to pay juristu by lying about the circumstances and process ( November 2020)
Avoiding my calls and emails for months after I agree to pay ( November 2020)
Threatening me that my client would never take me serious if I don’t pay to Juristu asap on a Monday at 17pm ( November 2020)
Promising me to get paid by the debtor, but not taking any deliberate actions to do that. Instead for this making me to transfer all my savings to Juristu immediately in 2020 (November 2020)
Continuing taking actions on my name although I wrote that I can not continue if I have to pay in further steps and Juristu agreed by email
Neither in the court nor at the end declaration settling for a refund to me, instead charging me money for the end declaration without informing me fully during process
Building up an invoice of €916,90 on my name although I wrote to Juristu several times that I do not want to continue if I have to pay further
Not keeping an email promise Juristu wrote in 2021 – Juristu wrote that I will not have to pay any further – , instead forcing me to pay more money to after the court; although I clearly wrote that I want to stop if that is the case
Cousing financial damage by empty promises on the phone and denying it on email
Threatening me with herinering messages on my home address for the invoices I already paid
Not following up on the emails and harassing me with wrong invoices that are already paid ( 2020 2021 2022)
Not responding to my emails and phone calls and putting my family in the dark for 2,5 years
Not taking any responsibility for the failed case, instead making me pay for Juristu’s awful service of 2,5 years.

It is totally unacceptable to:
– Not to respond emails and phones or following up
– Not informing about the circumstances, and threathening people on the phone and denying by email
– Treating your business as a victim hunt, rather than helping people and bring justice

I want all my money back ( €3033) from Juristu and do not want to have any further relations with Juristu again.
