Mijn Klacht:

My case was an easy invoice case. Juristu dragged it to 2,5 years and have never been informed fully and never received any refund or money collection from Juristu.

Instead made me pay them €3033 by giving promises until I asked for an End declaration which cost me €916,90 more (Jan 2023)

1- Juristu misinformed me and made me obliged to pay thousands of euros in one day to take my case, promising for a refund

2- Juristu never refunded, or collected my money even with the Positive Court Verdict in 2,5 years.

3- Firstly they asked for the wrong invoice amount (I had 2 invoices but they forgot the second one)

4- Then they oblidged me to pay extra costs so I had to ask for the End declaration to stop Juristu chasing me instead of the debtor

5- I paid €916,90 more to Juristu just to end their activities on my behalf, as they were building up invoices on my name without getting money from the debtor

6- Juristu has directed me wrong and made empty promises and made threats to get €3033.90 euros from me in total

I would be very careful to even call Juristu as they are not trustworthy. Juristu will respond your call to get your case and information to bill you for their own endless costs.

You time and sleep worth more. Juristu will leave you sleepless and withdraw all your savings with threats even you have Positive Court Verdict.

I wrote 3 times that I want to stop if I need to pay extras and Juristu continued without my will, left my family miserable for 2,5 years instead.

Juristu has been unsuccessful and should accept the fact that they misinformed me about the circumstances and did not give me any choice.

Juristu dragged the case for 2,5 years. Instead they continued costing me thousands of euros and sleepless 2,5 years.

I want my €3033,90 back.
