On 5th November I wrote a complaint regarding the ridiculous increase of price. On 10th November I received an answer from Jumbo klantenservice, the answer (not solution) was there was an increase demand of coconut water, therefore the price is increased. This increase coincident with the new packet was not mentioned as the reason, which I believe they took the opportunity to increase 15%!!!! My reply to Jumbo klantenservice on 10th November, see below:

If the buying price of Grace coconut water is almost double, Jumbo is now selling this product at a loss with the increase of 15%.
Hopefully Jumbo is taking this matter seriously. I hope you can provide me answers for the above questions.

Since 10th November, I have not receive an answer. Jumbo klantenservice, ignoring an unsatisfied customer is not the right approach to klantenservice.
