Mijn Klacht:
3 week ago I went to one of Jumbo supermarkets at the Hague (Laakweg at Rijswijkseweg) where I usually was going for shopping, to change a jar of honey which was rancid (smelled bad and was so watery). The personnel at the shop misbehaved me in a very arrogant and humiliating way, which made me so angry and upset about!
First they tried to change that jar for me, then they come to me that you should put that jar in the basket and call us at the cashier, and finally at the cashier they CHECKED MY BACKPACK with no reason, spoke to me very grossly and arrogantly and indeed humiliated me there in front of many people! There was absolutely no justification for such rude behavior! Actually they made me trouble by selling that rancid honey, and then I should pay the (mental, psychological, and financial) price?!!
Of course by seeing this impolite rude behavior, I rejected the new jar of honey, got the old one, and threw it away out of that shop! Even when I tried to contact the manager of the branch, he refused to meet me and listen to my complaint!
Now I want a simple answer from them! How such behavior could happen by Jumbo staff?! I never again went to that Jumbo supermarket or any other Jumbo elsewhere in the Netherlands, and now I want nice apologies from the manager and staff of that branch, and also a good compensation for such impolite and aggressive behavior!
