Mijn Klacht:
I cancelled my driving lesson to IQdrive and I paid already in 3 terms. I want to get my money back so I talked to them via telephone and they sent me an email that I will get my money back after 60 days that I agree in the email they sent to me and they ask me to give them my bank account number and I did it. Since january I was busy with the cancellation and untill now I am still waiting for them to return my money back minus the administration fee. I called and email many times where is my money but I haven’t received any response and nobody answering the line.

I am not totally satisfied because they did not give me driving lessons that’s why I cancelled.
