Mijn Klacht:
I agreed and paid for the 28 lessons. I got an email that instructor will contact me. After three days I contacted the school that I had no contacts with my instructor. They provided me with the phone number so I can call him back. After a short conversation, I got my first driving lesson. The instructor said that next lesson will be scheduled over WhatsApp and disappeared. After two busy weeks at work, I realised that I didn’t get any new appointment or no even conversations. After my contact with him, I got the reply in one day that lesson will happen tomorrow, on the question when I never got a reply.
So, after one month, I had only one lesson. And when I got next payment notice, I just decided to stop this tortures. After asking to cancel the service I was told it is not possible according to terms and conditions. Which is in contradiction with Dutch civil law that allows terminating a service contract at any time.
