Mijn Klacht:

The ICS online identification process is unaccetably poor and entirely inadequate. I did not even get through; 17 emails, 5 ID trials with 2 different types of ID, 5 different types of mobile phones or tables, 2 payments and 5 phone calls later, I still did not manage to identify myself. Another option is does not exist. I am hugely frustrated (and apperantly not the only one) that I am not given the alternative to walk into an office to identify myself and show that I exist and am a real person.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Improve the online identification system or make sure to provide an alternative to identify one-self.

As ICS does not have any offices where our customers can come and visit to identify themselves, the only option is to perform the identification online. I've checked your application and the latest identification was succesful. With kind regards, International Card Services
