Mijn Klacht:
I applied for to pay my outstanding amounts I spend on my credit card in terms. I 1st applied the 4th of December for the first time. To date I have not recieved any feedback about approval or rejection. All documents were submitted online and in a pdf format. I keep receiving a email from ICS to say the documents are not complete. How is it possible if you download a statement from your internet banking in a PDF format that it is illegible. I think the company is playing for time as they are under staffed and staff need to go on holiday. I am suppose to receive feedback at most within 10 working days. It’s been double that. I have now submitted new documents for the 3rd time. I find the service absolutely poor and unacceptable.
