Mijn Klacht:
Last Monday(15 May ) I went to the ING Bank in Wageningen to put cash in my account through a cash machine. I have 3900 Euro which consists of 36 pieces 50 Euro note and 105 pieces 20 Euro note. I firstly put 50 Euro note in the machine for counting, then go on putting 20 Euro note in the machine for second counting. The machine now shows a “storing “sign, then printed out a receit stating 1800 Euro (36 pieces of 50 Euro note)added to my account. The machine stopt working. I went to the counter for help. After waiting few minutes a bank employee came to me. I explaned the problem. The employee went to the office and came back with some 20 Euro note wapped in a bag. He counted the notes in total of 101 pieces. I said it was not true.I put in the machine 105 pieces 20 Euro note. The employee filled in a claim for 2100 Euro on paper and gave it to me saying within 10 working I will get an answer. The next say I got 2020 Euro in my bank account (which is 101 pieces 20 Euro bank note). I called the bank and was advised to make a complain to the head office if I am not satisfied with the solution. Should I send a letter to the bank for the complain or not. It is a matter of trust of the statement between me and bank(of bank emplyee). I hope the voices from me and the bank can be heard fairly and be publicly supervised.
