Een klant heeft een negatieve ervaring gehad bij ING Bank in Amsterdam, waar een onervaren medewerkster moeite had met het openen van een USD-rekening. Na het openen van de rekening bleek de bankkaart van de klant geblokkeerd te zijn door een fout van de medewerker. Bij het ophalen van een nieuwe bankkaart werd de klant geconfronteerd met een andere medewerker die een boze houding vertoonde.

Mijn Klacht:

on 1 march i went to ING BANK harlemadijke 97-103 Amsterdam for opening usd bank account ,and a new young lady took my case ,and spend almost 20 minutes on looking for information on computer as she totally doesn’t know how to manage it ,and she also asked her college how to do it .half hour later eventually my usd bank account is opened .When I left the bank to shop i find that I fund my bank card can not be used as usual any more .I went to a nearby ING bank rokin 90 in order to solve the problem ,a young man received me and said his college in the bank harlemdijk made a mistake coursed my bank card bloked .he told me i can pick a new bank card up at the same place Rokin 90 with my ID week later 8/03/2017. Today when i was there another guy name Alex deal with the case with a angry face told me he can not find the new bank card for me because my new bank card is already send to my office …….123 .i ask him why his college promised me can pick it up here one week ago since i told him the old adress is not avaible anymore .but today i been here for nothing ?Alex no patient and became angry ,said to me ,”this is rules send your office adress”.my question is very simple his college promise me today definately sure can pick up my bank card here other than in the old adres, i went to old adres …123 and nothing can be fund there?
I went to harlemdijk ING bank again to ask where is my bank card ?the same lady check in computer and told me already send to another adress …..168 .

when i try to make sure why she made a mistake when she open the usd accounT for me ,she never say sorry and said nothing can be done from her .and a old man college of her also angry to me without reason and laugh at me .
as a business man a client of ING i have right to ask ING bank I need to be honest treated as i accept ING service .If ING treat his client as enemy other than professional communication and knowledge and efficient service just let we know .we leave !Do not be rude and and angry against your client !
